Who should manage Western Sahara?

.VIRTUALLY 50 YEARS have passed considering that Morocco asserted supreme power over Western Sahara, a slice of land that stretches for 900km along the Atlantic shore to the nation's south. The Polisario Front-- a resistance team backed by Algeria, Morocco's lasting opponent, and standing for the territory's aboriginal population, the Sahrawi-- is still fighting for command.
